SOPRAVAP® 3 in 1

SOPRAVAP 3 in 1 is an adhesive for the total adherence of various types of insulation panels, which acts as a vapour barrier and does not require use of a primer.
SOPRAVAP 3 in 1 is a two-component polyurethane-based liquid resin that works as a primer, vapour barrier and adhesive. Pot life of 30 minutes, it completely sets to light foot traffic in 2 hours.

1. Mix the two components Pour all of component B into component A Mix for at least 3 minutes using a suitable mixer until the product is perfectly homogeneous.
2. Check that the substrate is clean, smooth and dry.
3. Apply SOPRAVAP® 3 EN 1 using a notched squeegee (tooth height: 7 mm) to ensure the necessary product thickness: (consumption: minimum 2 kg/m²).
4. Lay the insulation boards, loose, side by side, applying light pressure. A preliminary outline measuring approximately 3x4 metres roughly corresponds to a 25 kg drum and makes it possible to check the average laid thickness. During product application, the temperature must be between +5°C and +35°C. On site, SOPRAVAP® 3 EN 1 must be stored at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C. Installation is carried out in compliance with the CPP.
 

SOPRAVAP 3 in 1 is supplied in 25 kg kits (component A in 20.7 kg can and component B in 4.3 kg can).
